As screen protectors can be challenging to install, even for the best of us, we again offer the best warranty in the business.  We will replace screen protectors that are messed up during the installation process, or are damaged in use, FREE of Charge (a Shipping and handling fee will be charged) thru online warranty replacement request.

All warranty replacements are subject to a processing and handling fee . Replacement units are dispersed within 3-5 business days, according to stock availability. Should a particular model be out of stock, we will notify you via email and an estimated time frame for replacement will be given. We want your device protected, the Coral way.

What if you are not happy with your purchase? Again, it is very simple, Coral has a 15 days money back guarantee for all items purchasd on the coralguard.com website, no questions asked. Actually we do ask, because we want to continue to improve our products through your feedback. We do ask that you ship the product back to us as part of our return policy and that it be in new and sellable condition. Please use the address on your invoice/packing list in your original shipment to return. Shipping back to seller is buyers responsibility. There are no wrong answers; just let us know what you think and remember; Coral has your back. We've got you covered!

If you are not 100% satisfied with our products please email support@coralguard.com to begin the refund process.

For the refund please follow these steps closely.
Step #1 Please print out the invoice you received in email (Order Confirmation) and write REFUND REQUESTED in big bold letters on the invoice

Steal #2 Make sure the product is placed back in the original box

Step #3 Ship the product along with the order confirmation page. Please use the address on your invoice/packing list in your original shipment to return the product.

Step #4 Please allow us 3-8 business days to process your refund/replacement upon receipt of the product and supporting documents. In case of refund, the total amount that you paid EXCLUDING the shipping charges will be refunded. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. The refund amount will go back to your original mode of payment Credit, debit card/ papal.
